Refund Policy
ClosingMath is a digital product delivered immediately upon purchase. All sales are final.
That said, we stand behind our work. If something is genuinely broken — your web app access doesn't activate, a download is corrupted, the calculator's math is clearly wrong — we'll fix it. If we can't fix it, we'll refund you. Email us first.
What "all sales final" means
When you complete your purchase, you receive:
- Instant lifetime access to the ClosingMath web app
- Immediate downloads of any PDFs and spreadsheets you bought
Because these are delivered the moment you check out — and cannot be "returned" (the files stay on your device; the web app stays unlocked) — we do not issue refunds for buyer's remorse, changed circumstances, no longer needing the product, or not reading the description carefully.
What we WILL refund
We'll fix or refund within reason if:
- Your web app access fails to activate after multiple attempts
- A purchased file is corrupted, missing, or unreadable
- The calculator returns clearly wrong math (we can usually verify within an hour)
- You were double-charged or otherwise charged incorrectly
To request: email hi@closingmath.com from your purchase email, include your order number (it's in the Lemon Squeezy receipt), and describe the issue. We respond within one business day.
EU / UK customers
By completing your purchase, you confirm that you want immediate access to your digital content and waive your statutory 14-day cancellation right under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (and equivalent UK law). This waiver is standard for digital products with immediate delivery.
Before you chargeback — please email us
We're a small operation and we'll always work with you to make things right. If you file a chargeback with your card issuer before contacting us, it costs us $15-50 in fees and may result in your access being permanently revoked. Email hi@closingmath.com first. We respond fast.
